The Manage component is where school counselors establish agreements and use data to address the educational needs of our students.
Annual Administrative Conference
- The Annual Administrative Conference allows the school counselor to meet with administrators. One of the benefits of this conference is that the school counselor and administrator get to meet and look at the annual student outcome goals, as well as determine the priorities of the program. When the administration and school counselors work together then the school counseling program will run more efficiently and be more beneficial for the students.
What is the Advisory Council?
- The advisory council consists of stakeholders who are there to support and guide the school counseling program. This team of stakeholders advocates for the program and provides feedback on annual student outcome goals and the results. The advisory council also helps to secure resources, such as funding, to support the school counseling program.

- The Advisory Council meets twice a year.
